100% private, guaranteed. Your group is the only group in the van and with the guide for the entire day. We never combine groups. This is a core principle of how we operate — not a premium add-on.
Message us on WhatsApp with the code #ADVENTURECREW when booking. You'll get 10% off the total price, a free photographer at one stop, and a premium beverage upgrade. Valid for groups of 10 or more. Launch offer — limited availability.
We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour date. For cancellations within 48 hours, we work with you to find a reschedule that works — we understand that travel plans change. Booking is via Stripe, so your payment information is always secure.
All our guides are certified and fluent in English — this is a priority for us since most of our clients are from the US and Canada. Spanish-speaking guides are always available. French is available upon request — just mention it when you contact us.
No hidden fees. The price per person includes: private transportation with hotel pickup, bilingual guide, all entry fees (ruins + cenote), lunch with vegetarian options, bottled water and snacks throughout the day. The only extras are personal souvenirs and optional tips for the guide.
For groups larger than 16, contact us directly on WhatsApp for a custom quote. We can often arrange multiple vehicles and guides so that your entire group travels together with the same experience. Corporate retreats, wedding parties — we've handled them all.
